The location of this hotel is perfect, situated near the slopes, making it convenient for skiing and winter activities. Had an amazing Easter break! Great range of breakfast options and the spa was a highlight. Location was perfect for a relaxing break with stunning scenery, and we were within easy reach of hiking trails. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
We found the assigned seating for meals a bit restrictive and would have preferred more freedom to choose our own table. , the lack of free tap water was a bit disappointing.

The location of the hotel was great, situated near beautiful mountains and scenic landscape. the hotel also had a nice spa area with a pool and a hot tub, which was perfect for relaxation after a long day. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom had issues with the sink and the showerhead, and there was no hot water. the food was not great and lacked variety, especially during Christmas.

This hotel provides a fantastic base for winter sports, with a prime location just footsteps away from the skilift. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and lovely views. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, offering a wide range of options including fresh juice machines. to the great food, the hotel boasts a luxurious spa with pools, saunas, and massage rooms.
Some aspects of the hotel could be improved, such as the wine list lacking options below €20.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient as we were able to reach the hotel easily via public transportation. The hotel facilities were excellent including a spa with saunas, steam room, hot tub and indoor/outdoor pools. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea. The breakfast was good with a wide range of continental choices, hot options available and a fresh orange-juicing machine. The staff were really helpful and provided good advice on local walks.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
